Always try to avoid food rich in fat and processed carbs. Avoid cigarettes and also heavy drinking you thus you will lessen your chances to get a breast cancer by 35% to 50% .

These days, breast cancer is treatable. At the primary stages, the treatment is relatively harmless and safe. In the initial stages, the removal of the tumor can solve the problem. But once the tumor spreads out throughout the body it is tough to conduct the treatment. In these cases, the whole breasts may need to be removed. This treatment also involves some rounds of chemotherapy. Sometimes in the primary stages, the removal of tumors is also not necessary. Some chemo or radiation therapy can easily destroy the cancerous cells from the breasts. Without any surgery, cancer can be cured. The options are open for you. But your doctor will choose the perfect treatment for you. The location, severity, and level of treatment needed should be explained to you by the doctors.
